geoclue-geonames software package provides Geocoder provider for GeoClue (geonames), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install geoclue-geonames
geoclue-geonames is installed in your system.
Make ensure the geoclue-geonames package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep geoclue-geonames *
You will get with geoclue-geonames package name, version, architecture and description in a table
